Log in to your membership account HERE to make changes to your Profile.

Reset your password HERE. Enter your email address and select “Send me reset instructions.” Password reset links expire after 48 hours. Password reset links can only be used once. If you select the link but don’t reset your password, the link will be invalid and you will need to submit a new password reset request.

Click on your "Profile" image in the top right corner of the website. Then, click on the current image to change your profile photo.

The Mythical Society app is available to download for free on  both iPhone and Android. 

QUARTERLY COLLECTIBLES/WELCOME GIFT

Quarterly Collectibles are included with the All Access membership at no additional cost! All Access Monthly members need to make 3 consecutive monthly payments to be eligible to receive that quarter’s Collectible. All Access Quarterly members are eligible to receive the Collectible that’s available during the quarter the membership was purchased. All Access Annual memberships are eligible for a total of four Collectibles. You can track your eligibility status in your Mythical Society Membership Profile, and you must redeem your Collectible.

Visit the My Collectibles page to view your current progress towards your next Collectible, check eligibility status for the current Collectible, or start the Collectible redemption process. This will take you to a new window -- if you do not see an “add to cart” or “redeem now” button for the Collectible, please make sure you are logged in with your Mythical Society email address. After you log in, you will be able to add the eligible item to your cart, and check out using your best shipping address. You will not be required to pay shipping fees. 

Yes! The Mythical Society has a new, awesome Welcome Gift. The Welcome Gift is for All Access members only. All Access members will be mailed their Welcome Gift once redeemed after signing up.

All Access members are eligible to receive the Welcome Gift, and will be mailed their Welcome Gift after signing up.

Yes, if you are an eligible All Access member you will receive any Collectible/Welcome Gift you are eligible for. You are not required to pay for shipping. However, you may be required to pay for customs fees; we are not responsible for and cannot control these fees.

The Collectibles “Buy Now” program is a new feature that allows All Access members to purchase a previous Collectible, while supplies last, first come first served. You are required to pay shipping fees for any Collectibles purchased with the Buy Now feature.

Please make sure you are eligible to receive the current Collectible and Welcome Gift. If you are eligible, please make sure you have redeemed your items. If your items are being sent internationally, it may take a little longer to receive your items. If you have further questions, please reach out to the customer support portal HERE

The Mythical Society has two plans to choose from: the Standard Plan and All Access Plan. Whether you want a curated experience with the Standard Plan or want to unlock everything with All Access, our simplified plans ensure you spend less time figuring out what you can enjoy and more time enjoying what you love.

All Access members receive a 20% monthly discount on the Mythical Store.

All Access members have the chance to purchase exclusive items on the Mythical Store. Use the monthly Mythical Store password in order to access the exclusive items HERE.

Rhett & Link Vlogs are a new way for Rhett & Link to connect with members. They give members more access into Rhett & Link’s everyday lives beyond the GMM desk, and it is content you can’t get anywhere else on Mythical channels. Think “Rhett & Link Explore the Old LA Zoo” and “Recording our GMM Intro Vocals” but even more every month! Standard Plan members have access to one vlog a month and All Access members can watch every vlog drop.

You can change your plan HERE. Please note, if you are on a Standard Annual Plan, you will not be able to upgrade to an All Access Plan until your Standard Annual Plan subscription ends. If you find you are not able to upgrade, please contact customer service HERE. 

Upon sign-up, your subscription will automatically renew. You can always turn off auto-renew at any point.

Log in to your account HERE and turn off auto-renew from the Subscriptions tab. You will not be charged after you have turned off auto-renew, and your subscription will remain active until your original renewal date.

Due to the nature of our service and exclusive content, we do not offer refunds. You will be charged until you turn off auto-renew.
